Robin Thicke dedicated both a performance and his acceptance speech to wife Paula Patton at the Billboard Music Awards 2014 over the weekend.
The US star picked up Best R&B Song for his hit single 'Blurred Lines' at Sunday's ceremony (18th May), and made a point to dedicate the win to Paula, despite the pair separating after nine years back in February this year.
"First of all I just want to say thank you to the Billboard Awards and to my friends and family," Robin began, during his speech. "To Pharrell Williams, the genius Pharrell Williams, thank you very much.
"And most importantly I want to thank my wife for all her love and support and for putting up with me all these years," he added.
Had a great time tonight at the #BBMAs and performing my new song #GetHerBack. Honored to have won Top R&B Song.
