The 'R.I.P.' singer says the 'Take Care' star has become a "great friend" who gives her good advice.
Rita Ora has revealed that Drake advised her to simply enjoy her newfound success and says he has been incredible supportive of her music career so far.
The 21 year-old singer, who is signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label, is currently enjoying her first number one single with 'R.I.P', and describes 'Take Care' rapper as a good friend who has helped her a lot.
"He just said enjoy it and have a great time," Rita revealed to capitalfm.com, about the advice 'Miss Me' rapper Drake has given her. "So I'm basically just taking every step as it comes.
"He's a great friend and he's got great advice as well," the 'How We Do (Party)' singer explained. "He's just very supportive and he's just said enjoy every moment so that's what I'm doing."
Earlier this week Rita also spoke out about a recent performance in New York that saw her perform a cover of 'Say My Name' in front of Beyonce, and revealed that the 'Love On Top' singer had praised her rendition after the gig and given her approval.
Rita Ora's debut UK solo single 'R.I.P.', featuring Tinie Tempah, shot straight to number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 this past Sunday (6th May).
