Rihanna has resolved a lawsuit over the video to her recent single 'S&M'.
Director and photographer David LaChapelle sued the 'Loud' star earlier this year claiming the visuals in her controversial video were "directly derived" by his photographs.
At the time, he said: "I like RiRi. This is not personal, it's strictly business.
"Musicians commonly pay to sample music or use someone's beats and there should be no difference when sampling an artist's visuals."
According to the Evening Standard, the case has been resolved out of court for an undisclosed sum, with David's publicist saying the photographer is "happy with the settlement".
'S&M' was one of several hits lifted from Rihanna's 2010 album 'Loud'.
Meanwhile, fans are eagerly awaiting the premiere of Rihanna's video for new single 'We Found Love', which is taken from her forthcoming album 'Talk That Talk'.
