The 'Where Have You Been' singer is ready to get down to "business" to work on her new fashion project.

Rihanna arrived back in London this week ready to continue working on her first full fashion range, with UK high street chain River Island.

The 'We Found Love' singer was pictured walking through Heathrow Airport yesterday (27th August), after tweeting that she was ready to get started on "business" with the popular clothing chain.

"Off to do some River Island business #fashawn #takeof," Rihanna tweeted ahead of her UK arrival.

The 'You Da One' star was spotted wearing a long black split-leg skirt, red sweater and black and white converse trainers as she walking through the airport terminal, while also wearing her trademark shades and a pair of oversizes headphones.

Rihanna's River Island collaboration is expected to launch around Spring 2013, and the Bajan singer has previously suggested it will be inspired by London fashion and trends.

Over the weekend Rihanna announced she will be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards next week (6th September), where she has been nominated for five awards in total, alongside a bill of fellow performers also including the likes of One Direction and Pink.

Earlier today it was also reported that Rihanna could be set to join Coldplay on stage at the London 2012 Paralympic Games closing ceremony to perform their hit single 'Princess Of China'.

Rihanna returned to work recently after taking the majority of July off for a holiday cruise around the Mediterranean, as well as a brief trip back to her home country of Barbados.
