The singer is shooting the video for her forthcoming fourth single from 'Talk That Talk'.
Rihanna could be set to release 'Where Have You Been' as her next single.
The singer is understood to have begun filming her next music video over the weekend with choreographer Nadine Ruffin.
Rihanna has yet to confirm the identity of the track, but Nadine sparked speculation that it might be 'Where Have You Been' after she tweeted using the hashtag, "#wherehaveyoubeen".
She wrote: "First day of rehearsals for @rihanna video. Long day 2day! #Wherehaveyoubeen."
Rihanna also took to Twitter yesterday (4th March) to tell her followers: "Rehearsal n dis b**ch!!!"
If confirmed, 'Where Have You Been' will be the fourth single to be taken from the star's latest album 'Talk That Talk' following 'We Found Love', 'You Da One' and the album's title track.
RiRi returned to Los Angeles last week following a long stint in the UK, which saw her make an appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show.
