The 'We Found Love' singer has confessed she has been tempted to leak the image to accompany her seventh record early.
Rihanna has taken to her Twitter account this morning (11th October) to confirm that she will be unveiling the title and cover artwork for her new album.
The 'You Da One' star has been teasing details of the record for the past few months as she prepares to release the follow up to 2011's 'Talk That Talk'.
She tweeted: "Ok I'm officially hype for my album cover!! I might just leak it early #sideeffects," adding: "Look out for my album title and cover @ 7 am!!!!"
The Bajan star was spotted in Santa Monica earlier this week, and if she remains on the west coast, the announcement will be made at 4pm BST (London time).
The 'Talk That Talk' star has previously dismissed reports that the album would be called '7 World Wonders', calling the suggestion more suitable for a documentary on the Discovery Channel.
It had also been rumoured the album would be simply titled '7' with some online sources claiming the name had already been registered as such.
The album will feature the singer's recent hit single 'Diamonds' and is expected to feature collaborations with the likes of David Guetta, Ne-Yo and N-Dubz star Fazer.
