The 'Where Have You Been' singer is expected to meet up with Katy for emotional support very soon.
Rihanna has reportedly turned to pop pal Katy Perry as well as some of her close friends to help get over her fresh split from boyfriend Chris Brown.
The 'We Found Love' star's relationship with the R&B singer is believed to have ended recently after Chris revealed during an interview this week that he is now single.
Katy sent the 'Stay' singer a message on Twitter this week telling Rihanna she is "coming to get" her, suggesting the 'Part Of Me' star is rushing to support her friend in the wake of the news.
"Throw it [up], throw it [up], thats how we [ball] out. #immacomintogetyouRiRi," Katy tweeted on Wednesday (8th May), with a reference to Rihanna's song 'Pour It Up'.

Rihanna has been out in New York over the course of this week where she has been regularly seen out partying with friends, amid claims her close circle are helping keep her "distracted" from thinking about 'Fine China' singer Chris.
"She was dancing with Sean Kingston, but it was all in good fun and happened when 'Beautiful Girls' came on," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "Chris' name wasn't mention add at all.
