The 'You Da One' star reveals that she is not as "body confident" as people may presume.
Rihanna has confessed that she had to learn how to be comfortable with her body and admitted that no one is ever 100% "body confident".
The 'We Found Love' star explained that she has always been fairly confident with the feeling of being naked in her own space but managed to increase confidence in her own appearance by posing in the mirror.
She told ITV show Daybreak: "I mean I don't think anybody really is 100%. I mean you get comfortable with the fact that that's your body and that is what it is - that I had to learn.
"I was always comfortable walking around pretty much with no clothes in my house around my friends so I started doing that in the mirror because it was like, 'OK, whatever, I feel fat today', but what can you really do about it? You have to just accept your body.
"You may not love it all the way, but you just have to be comfortable with it, comfortable with knowing that that's your body.
"You just want something else that someone else has, but that doesn't mean what you have isn't beautiful, because people always want what you have, and you always want what they have. No-one is ever 100% like, 'Yes, I'm the bomb dot com - from head to toe!'"
Meanwhile, the star will make her big screen debut in the new film Battleship and her friend and 'Take Care' collaborator Drake recently told Capital that he is "excited" to see the Bajan star in the movie.
