The rapper will preview songs from his new album at the gig, which will be broadcast live online.
Plan B will be joined by Labrinth and Kano at a launch event for his new album 'Ill Manors' next week, which will be broadcast live on YouTube.
The rapper – real name Ben Drew – is set to take to the stage at a secret location in London on Monday (23rd July) - also the day the album is released.
In partnership with LoveLive and YouTube, the online event will offer fans around the world the chance to watch the gig from multi-camera angles.
Plan B's performance will feature exclusive and as-yet-unheard of tracks from his new album, as well as a selection of his past hits.
Labrinth, Kano and Mancunian punk-poet John Cooper Clarke will also join the rapper at the gig.

In a statement, YouTube said: "We're delighted to announce that Plan B's London gig will be live streamed via YouTube, giving fans worldwide the ability to tune-in and take part in the experience."
'Ill Manors' is the Plan B's third album and takes its name from his recent film, also called Ill Manors. It is released on Monday (23rd July).
