Panic! At The Disco's New Album Almost Had A Completely Different Title

"Pray For The Wicked" is dropping in June but it had a very different name before Brendon Urie settled on PFTW.
Panic! At The Disco's sixth studio album "Pray For The Wicked" is only a few months away from dropping straight into our laps and the excitement is at an all time high. The full track list has already been revealed and as always, it looks like we're about to be blessed with a few more iconic song titles. But did you know, "Pray For The Wicked" almost had a completely different name...
In an interview with Buzzfeed, Brendon spilled the tea on the one album title that was thrown in to the ring before he settled on "Pray For The Wicked". Apparently, ya boi Beebo was going to use a Lord Byron quote as the name of the album. But which one? Brace yourselves, because it sounds iconic.
One of the contenders for the PFTW album title was: "Fame Is The Thirst Of Youth"
Ummm, that sounds AMAZING, right?
He eventually, of course, went with "Pray For The Wicked" because he felt like it tied in everything he was talking about the record.
And there you have it. Fingers crossed we'll get a track called "Fame Is The Thirst Of Youth" in the future because that is a Panic! song title waiting to happen - and it's far too good to go to waste. If not, we'll just use that for our next Instagram caption. Thanks, Brendon.
