The 'One Thing' star says people forget how young his bandmate is because he's so charming.
One Direction singer Zayn Malik has revealed that he and the rest of the group worry about their band mate Harry Styles because of the "grief" he often has to ensue in the media.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer told The Sun that people forget the curly-haired singer is the "baby of the group" and often carries the weight of the world on his shoulders.
"He is the baby of the group but people seem to forget that because of the way that he is and that he is so charming," he confessed. So it is a little bit upsetting sometimes if you see him with the weight of the world on his shoulders.
"It does annoy us a bit. He's a young kid and people are just giving him grief for no reason."
The 'Live While We're Young' singer also admitted he had purchased his first ever house, just down the road from Harry and enjoyed spending time with the lads in their shared accommodation.
"It's really cool for me because with having three sisters I was used to being around a lot of girls all the time. So to be around lads is really new. I get to just be a lad," he revealed.
The star also opened up about meeting his girlfriend Perrie's brother for the first time, stating he was intimidated by the size of her sibling.
Meanwhile, Liam recently declared he was worried about Zayn and how he's adjusted to fame since joining the band.
One Direction are currently preparing to release their new album 'Take Me Home', and unveiled the tracklisting for the record this week.
