One Direction Discuss The Meaning Of Love In New Behind The Scenes Clip

The 'You & I' stars talk about their latest single.

One Direction have been discussing the meaning of their latest single 'You & I'.

The boys can be heard talking about the song in a new behind the scenes clip on set of the video – which was premiered on Good Morning Britain.

"'You & I' is a love song. It's saying that you're inseparable or nothing can get in the way of you and your love," explained Harry Styles.

Zayn took a moment to take a look at the lyrics and revealed how much he associates with some of the more powerful lines in the song.

"Some nice dramatic lyrics in there too," he said. "Not even the gods above can separate the two of us is a big statement. It's about not really caring what anybody else thinks about your relationship because you've got it sorted and sussed yourself."

Zayn and fiancé Perrie Edwards recently celebrated their two-year anniversary together.

The band are currently on their 'Where We Are' world tour and their new single is available to download now.
