One Direction's Harry Styles Advised To "Slow Things Down" By Taylor Swift's Father?

The 'Little Things' singer is said to have been told to "take things easy" with his and Taylor's new romance.

One Direction star Harry Styles has allegedly had a heart to heart conversation with Taylor Swift's father about their relationship.

According to new tabloid reports, the US superstar's father Scott Kingsley Swift, who helps manage her career stateside, is worried the young couple's whirlwind romance could end just as quickly as it started and leave his daughter with a broken heart.

"He likes Harry but he wants them to slow down and take things easy," a source revealed to The Sun this week. "It's clear to everyone they are smitten with one another and already talking about marriage.

"He doesn't want them to split up as fast as they've got together and for Taylor to end up devastated," they added.

Despite reports of being told to slow down by Taylor's father, the c couple are currently enjoying a stay out in the British Virgin Isles in the Caribbean after flying out for the break on New Year's Day.
