One Direction Mobbed By Fans As 'Take Me Home' Tour Arrives In Atlanta

Band member Liam Payne also took to Twitter to thank fans for their incredible support during the tour.
One Direction were mobbed by fans out in Atlanta, Georgia this past weekend while continuing their lengthy 'Take Me Home' world tour.
The 'Live While We're Young' singers have endured a gruelling schedule of touring across North America over the past month or so, and greeting a huge host of screaming fans out in thee city while arriving for their show at the Philips Arena.
Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik later tweeted fans thai thank them for a "great" show, before heading on to shows in Washington D.C and and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Band member Liam Payne took to Twitter yesterday (23rd June) to apologise for being angry earlier in the week about fans ringing up the band's hotel in the middle of the night, as well as thanking them for all of their support during the tour
"The shows have been amazing, we literally haven't had a bad crowd at any show anywhere in the world," Liam tweeted. "You guys have been incredible and we never expected this much support form everywhere.
"It's been so overwhelming to see how many people appreciate our music and make posters and spend all their time and effort trying to find us," he explained. "I always wanted to do this since I was small and you guys have made this happen for me and I won't ever forget that."

The 'Kiss You' five-piece were also pictured enjoying some rare downtime last week when they were seen having fun in a swimming pool out in Miami, Florida.
