The 'One Thing' singer says it would be "massively boring" if he was to ever go solo.
One Direction singer Liam Payne has denied that the band is to split up and said he has no plans to go solo.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars are currently working on their new studio album, however, speculation over a break-up began when celebrity blogger Perez Hilton said he didn't see the band staying together for longer then a year or two.
The singer told Top Of The Pops magazine that he would not be interested in heading out on his own because he thinks it would be "massively boring".
"I think it would be massively, massively boring. I don't know how Justin Bieber does it, but full props to him," he confessed. "I like being around the boys. I enjoy other people's company and it's a lot more fun being in a band on stage
The group have recently been working in the studio with McFly as they prepare the follow up to their debut 'Up All Night'.

Meanwhile, the group recently revealed that they would like to increase their fan-base and recruit more male followers.
Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson also opened up on rumours surrounding their friendship admitting it is becoming "hard to deal with".
