One Direction's Niall Horan Denies Band Were Drunk on Stage: "No Way Is That True!"

The 'Little Things' star has vehemently denied recent fan rumours the band were intoxicated on stage.

One Direction star Niall Horan has taken to Twitter to outright deny recent reports the band performed drunk on stage at a recent tour show.

The 'Live While We're Young' singers are currently out on their 'Take Me Home' world tour across the US, and Niall opened up with fans this afternoon after claims they were intoxicated for a concert.

"I'm clearing this one up now! This bull about us being drunk on stage!" Niall tweeted this afternoon (18th June). "No way is that true! Ever, ever! Who is making this s**t up?

"We give our best on stage every night!" Niall continued. "And for 1 person to start a rumour! Just messes it all up.

"Right I'm going back t sleep! Rant over! back to being nialler!" the boy band star added.

The 'One Thing' singer was then pointed to a GIF by one fan that saw him and bandmate Louis Tomlinson joking about having vodka in their water bottles, and soon replied.

"Ah now I get why people are saying it! Hahah! Me and @louis_tomlinson do that every night!" the Irish pop star added. "Pretend there is something in the water bottles."

Earlier this week the five boy band stars were spotted enjoying some poolside fun while relaxing in Miami in between dates on their world tour.
