Niall Horan Buys £70,000 Range Rover After Passing His Driving Test First Time

The 'Little Things' singer is said to have ripped off his L-plates in joy after hearing the news.

One Direction star Niall Horan passed his driving test with flying colours last week and wasted no time in picking up a top of the range car for his travels.

The 'Live While We're Young' singer has reportedly splashed out on a £70,000 black Range Rover on Friday (11th January) after passing his test first time earlier in the week.

Niall undertook a 25-hour intensive course of driving lessons, no doubt to fit in with his busy promotional and touring schedule with One Direction, and is said to have achieved a "near perfect" score.

"He stopped to speak with fans and signed lots of autographs during his lessons," an onlooker told The Sun over the weekend. "He never turned anyone down who wanted to get their picture taken with him.

"Even with all of that, his instructor was still overheard saying he had never had a pupil so focused on passing his test."

The 'Little Things' singer was pictured ripping off his L-plates after learning he had passed his test last Tuesday (8th January), before searching for a new car for several days after.

One Direction picked up two gongs at the People's Choice Awards 2013 last week, including Favourite Album for 'Up All Night', and will begin their 'Take Me Home' tour in London at the O2 Arena on 23rd February.
