Demi Lovato Denies She Is Dating One Direction's Niall Horan: "We're Just Friends"

The X Factor USA judge quashes reports romantically linking her to the 'One Thing' singer.
One Direction star Niall Horan is not dating Demi Lovato according to the Disney star and current X Factor USA judge.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' star caused hype around the couple to gather after revealing he had been skyping the actress and called her a "cool girl".
He added that he was unsure as to what would happen, although Demi spoke to B104 to deny any reports of a romance between the two insisting they are simply friends.
"I don't even know who One Direction is it's so crazy. I'm kidding," she teased. "No, Niall's a friend of mine. I do know who he is and everyone knows who One Direction is."
She added: "But, yeah, we're just friends. And he's awesome."
The British boy band are currently enjoying their debut US Arena tour which saw them perform in Houston, Texas last night (25th June).

The jaunt will conclude with a headline show at Sunrise in Florida on 1st July.
The group will head back to the UK in September for the iTunes Festival 2012 alongside the likes of Usher and fellow support act on their US tour Olly Murs.
