The 'One Thing' star pays tribute to the group's followers as they continue tour.
One Direction star Liam Payne has said the group "love" their fans.
In a lengthy series of messages on Twitter, the 'One Thing' singer apologised that the band had been unable to post many messages in recent days.
One Direction are currently performing at venues across the UK on their first ever headline tour.
"Before I go just want to say a massive thanks to everyone no one in the world has fans like us you guy show your love and support everyday," Liam said.
"Although sumtimes we are away from twitter we don't forget u guys we just get busy we love u and without u we wouldn't b doin this so thanks."
Liam's message followed an earlier apology from the singer, in which he said the band had been "busy" with tour duties.
Meanwhile, One Direction released the video for their new single 'One Thing' last week. The track is taken from their debut album 'Up All Night'.
