Two of the ITV1 show's former groups have tweeted their approval about the winner of this year's series.
One Direction and JLS have both sent messages of congratulations to this year's The X Factor winners Little Mix.
The four-piece girl band triumphed over Marcus Collins in the ITV1 show's live final at Wembley Arena last night (11th December), and the two boy bands, both former contestants themselves, sent several tweets of approval after the girls' victory.
"Yes yes yes yes! Yeeeeaaaahhhhhh buddddiiiie!" One Direction's Niall Horan tweeted. "Congrats little mix, doin it for the groups, love them, jades a little cutie."
"Amazing! Over the moon for @LittleMixOffic!" Louis Tomlinson posted yesterday.
Fellow One Direction stars Harry Styles and Zayn Malik also posted similar messages to the girl band as did JLS member Aston Merrygold.
"Mix mix mix!!!!!!!! Ansaaaa!! Axx," Aston tweeted.
JLS and One Direction performed together on The X Factor this Saturday (10th December) when they joined together on stage for a mash-up of their two singles 'She Makes Me Wanna' and 'What Makes You Beautiful', respectively.
Little Mix started off in the competition as outsiders after being initially formed during the show's boot camp phase, but gained considerably in popularity over the last few weeks.
The band are the only group to ever win The X Factor and have released a cover of Damien Rice's 'Cannonball' as their first official single.
