The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singers say they are looking forward to returning to the O2 Arena for the first time since The X Factor live tour.
One Direction say they are can't wait to perform alongside "huge" acts like Rihanna and Jessie J at this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in December.
The 'Gotta Be You' boy band will perform on the second day of the event (4th December) alongside headliner Jessie J and other acts including JLS, The Saturdays, Emeli Sande and Wretch 32.
"There are some huge names there and we cannot wait to go and be a part of it," Harry Styles told Capital's showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes. "It's going to be fun."
"The last time we played the O2 Arena on The X Factor tour it was just unbelievable so we can't wait to go back," Louis Tomlinson added.
The five-piece have also revealed a couple of their backstage demands for next week's Jingle Bell Ball.
"As long as there's a supply of fizzy cola bottles to keep us energetic then I think we'll be fine," Louis noted, as Liam put in a request for brown skittles.
One Direction are due to begin a 21-date tour of the UK in December and band member Liam Payne has promised their set list will include a number of secret covers.
The band feature on this year's The X Factor charity single 'Wishing On A Star' with both JLS and the show's 15 finalists, which is due to be released on 27th November.
