Harry Styles Tells Taylor Swift He Was "Mad To Let Her Go" At MTV VMAs 2013?

The 'Little Things' star is said to have gotten the chance to make amends with the US singer last month.

One Direction's Harry Styles reportedly told ex-flame Taylor Swift her was "mad to let her go" after getting the chance to talk at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013.

The 'Live While We're Young' singer and US star Taylor split after a short romance at the start of this year, but allegedly got to have a chat during the MTV event at the end of August.

Taylor and Harry had a heart-to-heart," a source told Look magazine this week. "He's very funny, so can make her defences come down easily.

"He told her she was the most stunning girl at the awards and that he was mad to let her go," the source claims. "They're planning another dinner when they're in the same city.

"Taylor's happy to be back in touch with him as they have a lot of laughs together, but she was hurt and she's cautious of going there again," they added.

Taylor Swift is currently taking her 'Red' tour across North America while Harry and his bandmates take their 'Take Me Home' world tour over to Australia at the end of September.

One Direction have recently announced plans to launch new album 'Midnight Memories' on 25th November.
