The 'Kiss You' star is said to be keen to improve his training regime in the vein of the rock legend.
One Direction star Harry Styles is reportedly planning to emulate Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger by taking up ballet as part of his fitness regime.
The 'Little Things' star, who is often compared physically to a young Mick Jagger, is said to have been chatting with the rock legend's personal trainer Torje Eike about how to keep in great shape to ensure his longevity in the music business.
"Harry wants a career spanning decades like Mick's and to have that he recognises that fitness, health and developing his body is the key," a source told The Sun this week. "He spoke to Torje [Eike] about Jagger's intense routine of kick-boxing, running, weights and, most importantly, ballet.
"That's the Achilles' heel in Harry's training," the source explained. "He can't dance and neither can any of the 1D boys, their choreographer recognised early on that they shouldn't dance on stage."

The 'Kiss You' singer and his bandmates got to hang out with the Rolling Stones recently backstage at a show in Washington D.C.
Harry and his One Direction bandmates have been undergoing a gruelling fitness regime during their current 'Take Me Home' world tour in the US in an effort to tone up and get fitter.
One Direction release new single 'Best Song Ever' on 22nd July, while their 3D movie This Is Us drops in cinemas this August.
