The 'Little Things' stars are working hard to build up some muscle and get fit while on tour.
One Direction have reportedly started workout out with MMA trainers to get toned up and in shape for the remainder of their 'Take Me Home' world tour.
The 'Live While We're Young' stars are said to have embarked on a new regime to build muscle and get fitter alongside personal trainers Mark Jarvis and Jimmy Wallhead, with the group being tasked with circuit training, boxing classes and strict diet programmes.
"It's important for the boys to be in the best shape physically possible for these dates," a source told the Daily Mirror this week. "Bosses don't want half measures.
"As the boys spend a lot of time travelling, there can be a tendency to eat junk food and play lots of video games," they explained. "But thanks to Mark and Jimmy's new regime, they've been working out lots more.
"Harry has really bulked up his arms and Liam has a sturdy set of abs," the source continued. "Niall, Louis and Zayn have been working out with separate trainers but they're getting into it, too.'

The source claims the 'Little Things' stars are on a strict diet of good food and also have healthy catering on their tour dates across the world.
Recently it was reported that One Direction are planning a more mature sound for their upcoming third studio album.
One Direction are set to return with their 3D concert movie This Is Us in cinemas from 29th August.
