The 'One Thing' singers took time to hang out with two young fans, who both suffer from serious illnesses, ahead of their penultimate tour date.
One Direction made a special stop before their scheduled performance at the HMV Apollo in London yesterday (22nd January) to meet two eager fans.
The 'Gotta Be You' singers met up with both 11 year-old Tilly, who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and cystic fibrosis sufferer Rebecca, who is 15 year-old.
Harry, Liam, Niall, Louis and Zayn signed merchandise and posed for photographs with the two young fans before taking to the stage for the penultimate night of their 'Up All Night' UK tour.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singers all serve as ambassadors for the children's charity Rays of Sunshine.
Liam Payne recently revealed he would love to see the band take their 'Up All Night' tour worldwide at some point in the future.
One Direction are due to wrap their headline tour of the UK with a performance at Dublin's O2 on 24th January.
