The 'Little Things' star's trainer dishes on the UK singer's muscle-building plan.
One Direction's Harry Styles is said to be leading the charge among the band members in a bid to bulk up and get a "defined" beach body.
The 'Live While We're Young' singer and his bandmates have been working with a high profile American personal trainer during their 'Take Me Home' US tour, and Harry is reported to have ditched sweet treats backstage on the road in a bid to tone up.
Harry is also said to have developed a new obsession with a whey protein ice cream called Wheyhey, and has replaced his old sweet snacks with the weight-building desert.
"The lads want to get defined beach bodies," US based trainer Mark Jarvis revealed to The Sun this week. "Lots of protein is the best way for them to get in shape and build muscle.
"Harry has heard about this new healthy ice cream and is really fascinated by it, he has requested boxes of it to be flown over as he has a real sweet tooth," the personal trainer explained. "He's keen to ditch all the cakes and sweets."
