The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer says he expects girl group Little Mix to be successful in the future.
Olly Murs has named Little Mix as the act he would most like to collaborate with on this year’s series of The X Factor.
The ‘Heart Skips A Beat’ singer describes the girl band as “a bit different” and admitted he would love to collaborate with them during The X Factor live final if the opportunity arose.
“I love Little Mix. I think they are a bit edgy, a bit different,” Olly told Digital Spy. “I’d come on and do a song in the final with them, definitely, if they asked me. I’d do it with any of the acts.
“It’s hard to say who you would work with in the future because it’s very difficult to see who is going to go and progress from the show.”
Olly says he feels the acts who achieve most from starring on The X Factor are those who go away and come back with a different sound from what audiences are used to hearing.
He added: “It would be great to see Little Mix do well from the show and see how they progress in a year and come back next year on The X Factor and show what they’re all about.
The ‘Please Don’t Let Me Go’ singer is due to perform on The X Factor this weekend and has promised fans a “big surprise”.
Olly Murs released his latest single ‘Dance With Me Tonight’ yesterday (20th November) and will launch his second studio album ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ on 28th November.
