The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer says fans will be surprised by his upcoming performance on the ITV1 reality show.
Olly Murs has promised a “big surprise” for his performance on The X Factor results show this weekend.
Former The X Factor contestant Olly will sing his new single ‘Dance With Me Tonight’ on the ITV1 series on Sunday (27th November) and has teased what fans can expect from the performance.
“I’ve got a very big surprise up my sleeve for it actually,” Olly revealed to Digital Spy. “I don’t think it’s what people are going to expect. So watch this space.
“I’ve been wanting to do [The X Factor] for such a long time, but obviously with work commitments and stuff.”
“They’ve squeezed me in on the weekend of the 27th so I’m buzzing on that. I’ve got a very exciting performance lined up."
When asked whether he is likely to return for a second year as co-presenter of The Xtra Factor Olly said he would be discussing his future with The X Factor boss Simon Cowell very soon.
“We’ll discuss it and we’ll chat about it,” he confirmed. “It’s been a great experience for me as a person.”
Olly Murs’ new single ‘Dance With Me Tonight’ is out now and second album ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ will be released on 28th November.
