The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer says the new film featuring Jim Henson's famous puppets will be "amazing".
Olly Murs has declared his love for The Muppets and named Miss Piggy as his favourite Jim Henson creation.
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer, who was attending the UK premiere of The Muppets in London last night (26th January), revealed he wouldn't wait to see the film after getting to perform with the characters on the X Factor last year.
"I love The Muppets! I absolutely love them!" Olly told Capital FM's showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes.
"Finally I've met Kermit! Obviously I've seen Miss Piggy and the rest of the guys," he explained. "I saw the trailer for it middle of last year and that's why I came up with the idea of doing The X Factor performance with the guys.
"It's a massive movie, it's going to be amazing," Olly said. "Everyone needs to go and watch The Muppets. Ledge."
When asked to name his favourite The Muppets star Olly first named Fozzie Bear and Animal before eventually settling on Miss Piggy.
He added: "I'm going to have to say Miss Piggy. She's my favourite because if she's listening then that's it, our relationship's over!"
The 'Please Don't Let Me Go' singer performed a duet of his single 'Dance With Me Tonight' with several characters from The Muppets on The X Factor back in November 2011.
Olly Murs was recently confirmed for a performance at this year's BRIT Awards which are due to take place on 21st February.
