The 'Oh My Goodness' singer says he feels better after a heavy 10 day fitness boot camp to tone up and lose some weight.
Olly Murs says he is now feeling in "very good shape" after embarking on a heavy exercise and diet regime ahead of his current UK tour.
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer kicked off his first arena tour last week, and says his personal trainer has helped him tone up after a recent holiday abroad.
"I came back from holiday after seeing a few unattractive pictures of myself with my belly hanging out," Olly told the Daily Star this week. "But it made me even more determined to get healthy again, and the tour coming up was a real incentive.
"I've been with [my personal trailer] working at a military boot camp, which has been horrible – circuit training, burpees, star jumps, press ups," Olly explained. "We did it for 10 days solid and now I feel in very good shape."
The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer performed the second of two consecutive shows at London's O2 Arena on Sunday (5th February) at a concert attended by the likes of One Direction, JLS and The Saturdays.
Olly Murs will continue his tour with a performance in Brighton tonight (7th February).
