The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer says he's looking forward to a book battle with the 'Call My Name' star.
Olly Murs has revealed that he doesn't expect to be in Cheryl Cole's new autobiography, but that he was looking forward to a "book battle" with the Girls Aloud star.
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer releases his book Happy Days in October – a week after the release of Cheryl's Through My Eyes.
Olly famously asked Cheryl for her phone number on Twitter earlier this year, but the star never replied.
Speaking to Capital FM about the impending release of his book, Olly said: "I won't be in Cheryl's book I don't think, but going in a book battle's going to be fine.
"Cheryl is amazing; great artist, lovely person – it will be fun.
"It will be interesting to see who wins, but if she comes out on top I'm not going to be worried about that."
Olly's book My Way follows his rise to fame on The X Factor and his music career since, and is set to feature over 100 exclusive pictures.
"My life has been a non-stop roller coaster of extreme emotions, crazy days, unexpected highs and yet my life hasn't been without its low points too," the 'Dance With Me Tonight' star said.
