The 'Let Me Love You' star teams up with the Goo Goo Dolls and Herbie Hancock for the new track.
Ne-Yo can be seen starring in the music video for the new song 'Forward' – in support of US President Barack Obama.
The R&B singer joins the likes of Herbie Hancock, the Goo Goo Dolls and Natasha Bedingfield for the track which incorporates the message of the American leader's re-election campaign.
The accompanying video for the song begins with an image of Obama, before the message: "I have never been more hopeful about America," is delivered from the President.
Several patriotic images also feature throughout the promo as each artist delivers their lines in the song.
Ne-Yo opens with: "You can't give up on hope. Each other's hand we hold. We're on a long hard road but we're travelling together."
