Miley Cyrus hits out against paparazzi

Miley Cyrus has hit out against a paparazzi.

Miley was caught on film as she screams at a pap she who hit her mother with a camera.

The incident happened outside a restaurant where Miley and her mother Tish was enjoying a drink.

As the pair head towards Miley's car a pap rushes past Tish in order to snap Miley's photo.

The pap appears and catch Tish with his camera and Miley shouts; 'Don't ever touch my mom!'
