The US rapper has promised that Justin's new album is going to be "incredible".
Mike Posner has claimed Justin Bieber's upcoming third album 'Believe' could "change the landscape" of the pop music industry.
The 'Cooler Than Me' rapper, who both co-produced and co-wrote Justin's new hit single' Boyfriend', says the record reflects who Justin is now as a young adult.
"I think we've all known Justin since he was 13, and that's not the kid I was in the studio with anymore," Mike revealed to MTV News. "He's an 18 year-old. He skateboards with Lil Wayne and hangs out with Lil Twist. Those are his homies.
"And he listens to hip-hop and he's a really cool kid. He's not like a corny guy," the rapper explained. "So I wanted to make something that reflected who he is now and who he is going to continue to be.
Mike went on to explain that 'Believe' will incorporate elements of soul, rhythm and blues and hip-hop when it is released later this year.
He added: "I’m really excited to see how it's going to change the landscape, and I know a lot of artists are going to have to go back to the drawing board."
Justin Bieber's new single 'Boyfriend' received its first play on Capital FM on Monday (26th March) and is expected to be released in the UK on 20th May.
