Maroon 5 Confirm New Album Work After Tweeting From Recording Studio

Adam Levine is pictured recording some vocals for the band's fifth record.
Maroon 5 have given fans the news they were waiting for today (2nd May) after revealing they are now hard at work on their new album.
The 'Moves Like Jagger' four-piece confirmed on Twitter that they are back in the recording studio working on their fifth record, the follow-up to 2012's 'Overexposed'.
"Guess what we're working on? #albuM5," the band cryptically tweeted, alongside a picture of singer Adam Levine laying down some vocals.

Adam also shared a picture of what seems to be an unusual new hairstyle he has been rocking lately, which he describes as his "pompa-hawk".
