Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has joked that his fellow The Voice coach Blake Shelton has a new "man crush" on Usher.
The 'One More Night' singer and the country star's friendship has been one of the highlights of the US series of the show in previous seasons, but Adam teased Blake for "leaving him" for the R&B star during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.
"Well, you [Blake] got a man crush on Usher so he's left me for Usher now," he declared. "So he gets to spend the season making Usher feel uncomfortable."
"I think I’ve done a really good job of that," laughed Blake, who admitted he'll always have a soft spot for the 'Payphone' star.
"I think I've said and done just about everything that crosses the line. But you know what, I'll say this; as much as I think he's cute and I've got the bromance with Usher a little bit, I always know who to come home to," he said nudging his fellow reality star.
Usher and Shakira join the latest series of the show after Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera temporarily stepped down from their positions to concentrate on solo projects.
Adam also went on to reveal that he has been helping out the female star and always wants the show to be as "great" as possible.

"It takes a second. You can't just come in and immediately know how it all works," he said. "I'm sitting next to Shakira, so I gave her some tips and it's all fun. We want the show to be great, so we informed them about certain things and how to handle them."
Meanwhile, the stars of the UK version of the show have also recently concluded auditions as they prepare for the launch of series two later this year.
