The 'Give Me All Your Luvin' singer says she is too busy with her charity work and new DVD release.

Madonna has denied recent press reports that she has already started work on a new album.

The 'Turn Up The Radio' singer returned to the music scene with her album 'MDNA' in 2012, but admits she has no time to begin work on her thirteenth studio album just yet.

"No not yet," Madonna confirmed to Billboard at the awards ceremony last weekend. "I just finished editing the DVD of my concert.

"So I haven't had any free time," the US pop star admitted.

The 'Girl Gone Wild' singer's new concert film will focus on last year's 'MDNA' world tour, one of the 2012's highest grossing in the world, which is expected to be released on DVD later this year.
