Little Mix's Perrie Edwards On Zayn Malik: "I Like To Be Treated Like A Princess"

The 'Wings' star opens up about her relationship with the One Direction singer.

Little Mix's Perrie Edwards has opened up about her relationship with One Direction's Zayn Malik.

The 'Wings' singer, who has already met Zayn's parents, said their relationship was going strong and that they were overcoming frequently being apart from each other.

"I'm really happy – everything's amazing. As long as we can talk as much as possible, we cope fine with being apart," she told Look.

"The girls always say he's so good to me. I like to be treated like a princess and I love thoughtful gifts. When I was on holiday I got him a painting and filmed the artist making it. He loved it."

Earlier this week, Perrie praised Zayn following One Direction's performance at the Olympic Games closing ceremony in London.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' band joined a host of huge artists at the event, which officially marked the end of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
