Little Mix's Perrie Edwards "Can't Wait" To Plan Wedding To One Direction's Zayn Malik

The 'DNA' singer also says she spends ages getting made-up and looking good for the couple's Skype dates.

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has opened up about her relationship with fiancé Zayn Malik from One Direction, and how the pair cope with their often long-distance relationship.

The 'Wings' singer also reveals she makes an extra effort for their Skype sessions to make sure she looks her best for the boy band star, as well as revealing whether her Little Mix bandmates will be bridesmaids at their eventual wedding.

"Do you know what, I do have to make an effort with make-up when I'm talking to Zayn on Skype," Perrie told The Mirror this week. "It makes you feel better. But you only have to put on a bit and it looks really good.

"Sometimes I tip the lamp so it looks like I appear airbrushed and I'm like, 'Oh, I've just woken up', but really I haven't," Perrie teased. "But I look flawless because of the make-up. Or I go to a window for some natural light sometimes… that's the best."

The 'DNA' star went on to reveal the pair have yet to set a date for their wedding, after announcing their engagement back in August, but says she can't wait to start planning their nuptials.

"I haven’t started making any decisions yet wedding-wise" Perrie explains. "But I’m excited to start planning it all. I can’t wait."

When asked whether bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson might be bridesmaids at the wedding, Perrie couldn't resist a quick tease.

"Little Mix aren't bridesmaids material… I'm joking! Imagine if I didn't have them?" she added. "It's all or nothing with these girls."

Little Mix unveiled their brand new single 'Move' at the start of this week from their upcoming second studio album.
