Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock has opened up about her struggle to accept herself and understand she doesn't need to 'change anything' about herself, something she says she's spent years trying to do.
Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock's Just Taken This Huge Step In Her Relationship With Andre Gray
In the emotional post, Leigh-Anne shared her journey to not 'feeling alone anymore' with fans, saying:
"I used to feel invisible, I used to feel like I had to work twice as hard, in fact I got told I had to work twice as hard"
"It’s taken me years to finally understand. I suddenly don’t feel alone anymore"
"I know it’s enough to just be me and I’m so incredibly proud of this skin I’m in".
The singer also recently posted about helping her niece accept her natural hair, writing: "My niece of 7 years once came to me and said she didn’t like her Afro and wanted to look like the other girls in her class and it broke my heart that she didn’t consider what she had as beautiful".
The Little Mix ladies are gearing up to release their long awaited fifth album, and we're super happy to know Leigh-Anne is all about loving her amazing self these days, because we're right there with her <3.
