13. Lil Xan suffered multiple seizures following his battle with drug addiction.
Lil Xan has spokenly openly about his battles with drug addiction, which started after he was prescribed a benzo for anxiety at 18 years old. His addiction spiralled and, in 2020, as he tried to kick his addiction to prescription meds, he suffered multiple seizures as he went cold turkey, which lead to fake rumours that he had died. Thankfully, he did not and Lil Xan is now much healthier and using his platform to warn others about the dangers of benzos. [Getty Images]
