Liam Payne Is Set To Make Acting Debut In Steven Spielberg's Remake Of West Side Story

Liam Payne is rumoured to be following in Harry Styles' footsteps, becoming an actor in Steven Spielberg's adaptation of West Side Story.
After it was rumoured that Camila Cabello was cast as Maria in Steven Spielberg's adaptation of West Side Story, Liam Payne is next to said to be starring.
The One Direction lad is apparently following in Harry Styles' acting footsteps - after his role in Dunkirk - and possibly portraying one of the Jets.

A source close to the 'Strip That Down' singer claimed that Liam is in advanced talks with the filmmaker's to secure a role in the hit musical, which will begin shooting in 2019.
Apparently, the casting directors have approached singers - between the age of 15 and 25 - who can also dance and act.
"Liam sees the opportunity to work with Spielberg as an exciting prospect and one too good to turn down," said the source.

It's also said that Liam's pal, Harry Styles, has been approached for the role, in the film's reboot.
