Lady Gaga sues over ice cream name
Lady Gaga is set to sue over the Baby Gaga ice cream flavour made by London outlet The Icecreamists.
In legal documents obtained by The Daily Mail, they are accused of 'riding on the coattails' of the singer.
Gaga calls the product, which is made from human breast milk 'nausea inducing'.
The outlet has been told to 'change the name of the ice cream to something which is not aurally, visually or conceptually similar to Lady Gaga' or court action will be taken.
