Lady Gaga Collaborates With Cher

The 'You And I' singer hooks up with a star she calls "the greatest".

Lady Gaga and Cher have come together to record a new single which is set to be released in September.

"Who knew a year ago when I was crying in her arms after she gave me an award, that today we would record a duet," Gaga said on Twitter.

"@Cher You are The Greatest."

Gaga and Cher met during one of Gaga’s most controversial moments to date, when she accepted her MTV VMA for Video Of The Year, wearing a dress made of meat.

Cher is currently working on her new album, while Lady Gaga releases new single 'You And I' on Sunday 18th September.
