The 'Born This Way' singer's new restaurant with her father is expected to launch before Christmas.
Lady Gaga will open an Italian family restaurant with her father in New York City before the end of 2011.
The 'Marry The Night' singer and father Joe Germanotto invested in Upper West Side venue Vince & Eddies back in 2010, but eventually took over completely and shut the restaurant down in March to undergo renovations.
Pictures have now emerged of the renamed 'Joanne', which is still being worked on and is expected to open a week before Christmas.
"My dad, it was always his dream to open a restaurant," Gaga told host Katie Couric during TV special A Very Gaga Thanksgiving last week (1st December). "My dad and I opened up a restaurant together and it's called Joanne.
"Watching my dad put up the awning in front of 68th Street two blocks from where I grew up in a beautiful brownstone where they make Italian food, and to watch him open the restaurant of his dreams and have it called Joanne after his sister, that's wealth .That's the dream."
The venue will provide restaurant goers with an Italian family menu and boasts Top Chef Masters star Art Smith as head chef.
Lady Gaga is currently planning a 450-date world tour for 2012 to promote her second album 'Born This Way'.
