Lady Gaga raises $250,000 for Japan
Lady Gaga's bracelet has raised $250,000 (£156,000) for victims of the Japan tsunami in just two days.
The 'We Pray For Japan' wristband was launched on Monday at $5 (£3.10) a pop with all proceeds going to those affected by the tragedy since last Friday.
She is among a host of artists including Katy Perry and Britney Spears who are giving a helping hand to the relief effort.
"Monsters: in just 48 hrs you've raised a quarter of a million dollars for Japan Relief," Gaga announced via her Twitter page. "It's important we help."
