Lady Gaga quits Twitter
You can expect Twitter and Facebook to be a little quieter in the run up to Christmas.
Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys and Kim Kardashian are among a host of celebrities giving up social networking for Alicia Keys' charity, Keep a Child Alive.
The campaign aims to keep the celebrities off social networks from Tuesday until the charity raises $1 million.
Other stars taking part include Jennifer Hudson and Justin Timberlake.
Ccelebrities have filmed "last tweet and testament" videos and will appear in ads showing them lying in coffins to represent what the campaign calls their "digital deaths".
The charity, which began in 2003 supports families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
