The Born This Way star is extending her lead over the likes of Justin Bieber (who has 8.3 million followers) and Britney Spears.
Barack Obama is the leading politician on Twitter.
Gaga recently Tweeted a picture of her and rocker Alice Cooper backstage on her Monster Ball tour and it features in this week's Top 10 Twitpics.
Of course it's not just Twitter where Lady Gaga dominates. She has 31 million fans on Facebook and her videos have been viewed more than a billion times on YouTube.
