The 'Applause' singer is seen showing off her acting skills in the new trailer for the Robert Rodriguez film.

Lady Gaga features in a new character trailer for her upcoming role in the action movie Machete Kills.

The new film from director Robert Rodriguez casts the 'Applause' singer as an assassin called La Chameleon, while the new trailer also features her 'ARTPOP' album track 'Aura'.

Lady Gaga is seen throughout several scenes in the newly unveiled trailer, which will mark her big Hollywood debut.

The film is the second to feature titular character Machete, played in both films by actor Danny Trejo.
