Lady Gaga watched by stars in New York

Lady Gaga was watched by a bevvy of stars at her Madison Square Gardens show in New York.

Amongst the guests were Paul McCartney, Michelle Pfeiffer, Madonna, Billy Joel and 'Jersey Shore' stars Snooki, Deena and The Situation.

It was rumoured the Beyonce would join her onstage for 'Telephone' but this didn't happen.

However, she did perform an acapelle version of new single 'Born This Way'.
